What is check in / check out times?

Check in is at 3:00pm and Check out is at 11:00am

Do I need a credit card a check-in?

We prefer a credit card however we do accept debit or cash, we will ask for $150.00 deposit at check-in and refunded at check out.

What are the parking options for my car and is there a cost?

We do have heated underground parking available for a fee or the option to park free outside in a specific area.

Are there fridges in the rooms?

Yes all rooms have small fridges.

Do your rooms include a workspace?

Yes all rooms have one piece cabinetry that provides a large desk area.

Does the hotel offer any special packages for guests?

We offer different packages in all seasons. Visit our web site for all the information.

Is reception open 24 hours?

Yes our reception area is open 24 hours.

Which languages are spoken at reception?

Our Front desk agents speak French and English as our 2 official languages.

Can I leave my luggage?

Yes, we would be more than happy to store your luggage for you.

We have complimentary WIFI through-out the hotel

Can I rent a car at the hotel or nearby?

We have car rental companies located minutes from our hotel.

Is breakfast included in the price?

Yes, we offer a complimentary full hot breakfast with a protein menu each week.

What time is breakfast served?

Our breakfast located in the main lobby area is offered between 6:30am – 9:30am Mondays to Fridays, 7:00am to 10:00am on Weekends.

Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?

We are 100% smoke free. We do however have a smoking area outside approximately 9 meters from our main doors.

Do you have rooms that have services for those with disabilities?

We have five(5) rooms designated for those with disabilities. The rooms have roll in showers, bench and grab bars in showers. Room has more space to move around.

How far in advance do I have to book?

It all depends on the availability. You can book the day of or up to one year out.

Is it cheaper to book online?

It is not always the case. Booking on line at times has underlining restrictions that you may not be aware of. Please be cautious.

Are the prices quoted per room or per person?

In most cases, the rates published are quoted for the room, however, price may vary pending on quantities of adults in the room or pets.

Is it possible to have a cot in the room? If so, at what price?

Yes, its on a first request first serve basis as there are limited amounts. There is no fee for the cot.

When do I need to pay for the accommodation?

Payment in most cases booked at property will require payment at check out, however, cash paying or debit is payment at check in. On line bookings may be charged at time of booking.

Do you accept pets?

Yes we do, up to the weight of 40lbs. There is a fee of $25.00 for the pet per stay.

What are your cancellation policies?

Cancellation for an individual booking made at the hotel is by 4pm day of arrival without penalties. Group and Team bookings have different policies allocated within their contracts.

Can you recommend nearby restaurants?

We certainly can, our front desk agents are knowledgeable of the area and are more than happy to do so!
